Review of Miracle Brokers

Service is absolutely appalling. Our shipment arrived and a week later they told us it would be ready for collection on the Friday. It was not ready. They then promised it would be ready the next day and 2 days later it is still not ready for collection. We have called many times and told to leave our name and number and they would call back and of course they never did. I suppose the only positive is we have been able to see the car at the port and it seems in good condition. They are unable to tell me when it will be ready and I can only assume they do not care about or appreciate my business with them. They are uncaring, unhelpful, unreliable and are seriously lacking in customer service. I am very unimpressed and will not be using their services again.
