I just went there and brought a Tanzanite ring, they changed out the stone and had to size the ring. It took them longer then they hour they said it would take. I didn't wear the ring while I was on the cruise It stayed in the safe the rest of the cruise. The day we deparked the ship in New Orleans I put the ring on because I wanted to show my family when I arrived home which was only 4 days after we brought the ring. I had only had the ring on for an hour and when I looked down at my finger the stone was missing. Very poor craftsman ship!!! I have tried to contact Diamond Marquise by sending emails posting on there facebook,etc. and I have not revecied a single response. I called the number for customer service here in the United States and they tell me that they can fix the ring but i have to send an apprasal, well that is hard to do if I don't have the stone. I paid way to much money for that ring to have such poor craftsmanship. I have attached a photo of what my ring orignally looked like, now just imagine it with the stone missing. I will never shop at this store again and I would advise others to do the same. Now I see why they will not pay the money to be on the list of stores supported by the cruise company.
